Refund Policy: We provide refunds within 14 days of purchase for coaching services that have not commenced. Once services begin, refunds are not provided, as you commit to coaching for a designated term (usually 12, 26, or 52 weeks).

Delivery Policy: Consulting services are delivered online via the Phased Fitness app. Coaching sessions are scheduled upon purchase and are delivered online via video conferencing or in-person, depending on client preferences and location. Schedules and timelines are mutually agreed upon at the start of each program.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our services (coaching and consulting), returns do not apply. Issues or concerns should be directly communicated for resolution.

Cancellation Policy: Upon committing to a coaching term (12, 26, or 52 weeks), clients are committed to that term. Virtual and in-person coaching sessions missed by the client without 48-hour notice may not be refunded or compensated.

Our coaching services are available internationally without specific export restrictions. However, users must comply with local regulations applicable to their jurisdiction.
